I love mortgages. I love them so much that I’ve actually been in the industry since October 1988, starting my career at the age of 16.
During this time, I learned a lot and saw how the industry is changing for the better.

Simple advice
To all beginners who wish to enter this world, my advice is simple:

- To be active. Read industry news to make sure you are fully aware of the market you are in.
- Make sure you are there for your customers throughout the process and will be there for them in the future. But never over-promise and always be honest with your customers.
